Park Tickets

The most essential item of them all: Your ticket to the magic.

When you arrive at the gates of either Disney Park, everyone above the age of 3 needs a ticket to get in. Though tickets are easy to buy once you're at the resort, it is highly recommended you buy your Disneyland Paris tickets in advance to save both time and money at the gate, taking advantage of the great advance purchase offers available when buying direct online.

So, choose your ideal Disneyland Paris adventure — from 1 to 5 days of magic, one park or both!

How many days?

  • Do you want to visit for just a single day or multiple days? You can buy tickets for up to 5 days in the parks, and all tickets for 2 days and over automatically allow visits to both Disney Parks in a single day (sometimes known as 'Park Hopper' or 'Passe-Partout' tickets), meaning you can "hop" between them as often as you like.
  • Ideally, a good overview of Disneyland Park takes 2 days whilst Walt Disney Studios Park takes 1 day. However — the longer you visit for, the more you'll enjoy it all, as you'll be able to take things slower, appreciate the details and ride the attractions when the queues are shortest.
  • If you're visiting for more than 3 days, or plan to return later in the year, Annual Passports are remarkably affordable and definitely worth your consideration.

You can now even print out special e-tickets at home, instantly — great if you'd like to skip postage times and costs, or if you've left it until the last minute!

Ticket buying tips
  • Children are classed as 3 to 11 years old inclusive.
  • Prices apply to the date of purchase, not the date of your visit. Regular Tickets are usually valid for one year but do double-check the terms of Special Offer Tickets as conditions for these often vary.
  • Ticket prices are updated twice a year, in April and November.
  • Disney Hotel packages include park tickets for the duration of your stay, so you can skip right ahead to Hotel Packages!

How to buy

Of course, the easiest way to get your park tickets is to order them direct from Disneyland Paris, either online or over the phone. Not only will you save time at the gate, you can take advantage of special offer tickets with no mark-up or commission added.

Buy Direct

  • Buy online from disneylandparis.com!
  • UK Booking hotline: 08448 008 898
  • Central Reservations hotline: (+33) (0) 1 60 30 60 30

Ordering tickets direct from Disneyland Paris either online or over the phone will require a small delivery charge per ticket. Online payment must be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express and you should allow 10 days for delivery. There is a maximum of 12 tickets per order online and 8 over the phone.

Buy elsewhere online

There are also other registered ticket sales agents operating online, for an alternative option to the direct site, who may have additional special offers:

Park Tickets
Print-at-home E-Tickets

Now you can buy tickets online and have them in your hands just moments later, with no postage charges or long waits for delivery!

  • Once you've bought your tickets online, you'll be provided with a link to access them as unique, personalised PDF files on the Disneyland Paris booking system. Open these using Adobe Reader and simply print them out on a spare sheet of paper. Voilà - you have your tickets!
  • The print-out "tickets" have a unique barcode which will be scanned at the entrance of the parks by a separate reader on top of the turnstiles (Cast Members are on-hand to assit). This optical barcode can also now be scanned directly at Disney's FASTPASS machines to collect tickets.

Using your park ticket

Turnstiles and Disney's Fastpass machines have now been adapted so that the process for both standard tickets (with a magnetic strip) and print-at-home E-tickets (with an optical barcode) is largely the same.

  • Walk to your chosen park entrance and approach the turnstiles. Look for the shortest queue if possible - at Disneyland Park, often those on the far left and right from the main entrance way.
  • Insert the ticket into one of the open electronic turnstiles, shown with a green light, and then take it back when it pops out again and proceed into the park, simple as that!
  • If you've got a pushchair (stroller) or wheelchair, the Cast Member at the entrance will let you through a special gate in their shelter and swipe your tickets for you.
  • If you require assistance or encounter problems, do not hesitate to ask one of the Cast Members on-hand for assistance.
Park Tickets
Re-entry and park hopping

Unless you have an Annual Passport, make sure you follow these tips for re-entry and park hopping. Your Disneyland Paris ticket allows you free access into and out of the parks (and between them subject to the terms of your ticket) as many times as you like during its validity, so you can pop back to your car or your hotel and re-enter without problem.

  • If you leave a park during the day and intend to return later, get your hand stamped by the Cast Member at the exit.
  • When you return to the park, hold your handstamp under the UV light as well as inserting your park ticket.
  • The turnstile recognises the stamp ink and lets you back into the park, confirming you're the original holder who already entered that day.

Occasionally this hand stamping system is not used. In this case, just insert your ticket when you return or arrive at the other park.

Good-to-know ticket tips

  • Each day you use a standard ticket (not E-tickets) for the first time, a small hole will be punched in it to physically signify one day's usage, in addition to a record being made on the resort's computer-controlled system.
  • Your park ticket allows access to all attractions and entertainment experiences in each park, except video game arcades and the Rustler Roundup Shootin' Gallery.
  • You should keep your passport for your entire stay in the parks, do not throw it away. You will need it to collect Disney's FASTPASS tickets in particular.
  • Entry to the Disney Parks is always subject to the official park capacity.
