Thought the replacement of the Earful Tower with The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror to represent Walt Disney Studios Park on the 2008 souvenir calendar was a one-off? No, as we’ve since learnt, lightning does strike twice.

The start of Summer makes for a slow season for pin traders, with just three releases scheduled in June. However, another Pin Trading Night and a psychedelic “Pins & Love Party” event look to bring more fun.

The Pin Trading month ahead certainly looks busy. Several new series of character pins, including European and Indiana Jones Mickeys, are joined by a new Walt Disney tribute, High School Musical and, surprisingly, a special range of pin products for “La Fête Continue en Grand!”.

It’s a quiet month for Pin Trading releases in April 2008, with only another European invasion by Stitch, a boxed Tower of Terror pin and a few held-over pins to line the coffers of Euro Disney SCA.

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror will open on Saturday, 22nd December 2007. The biggest and most important single new attraction to open at Disneyland Resort Paris since 1995′ is due to open its creaking hotel doors to the public a full three months before the press and VIPs get a look.
