The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror will open on Saturday, 22nd December 2007. The biggest and most important single new attraction to open at Disneyland Resort Paris since 1995′ is due to open its creaking hotel doors to the public a full three months before the press and VIPs get a look.

The new Woody’s Roundup Village has been given extra props and new details to expand its toy cowboy theme. The area on the far side of Frontierland, previously the Critter Corral animal farm, had only a minimal overlay when it first opened at the start of the Halloween festival.

Hollywood just wouldn’t be Hollywood without its palm trees. Yesterday, the first four of many giant palms were planted (or rather, “installed”) in their new home at Walt Disney Studios Park, lining one side Hollywood Boulevard. It’s remarkable what a few tropical trees can do to a skyline…

Between promotion for his new album and High School Musical 2, Corbin Bleu took the time to enjoy some of the biggest thrills at Walt Disney Studios Park during his visit on Monday, including favourite Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and a brand new experience for the American star — Crush’s Coaster!

Woody’s Roundup has pulled on its cowboy boots and opened for business already, this past weekend! Greeting guests months earlier than expected, the area now functions as both a Halloween makeover workshop and meet ‘n’ greet with the “Roundup Gang” — Woody and Jessie — themselves.

…struck by lightning and… testing! Paris’ Tower of Terror inches ever closer to its first public opening in almost 70 years — its exterior now entirely uncovered, gardens filling with greenery, iconic neon sign facing outwards and even the first few elevators taking a plunge into The Twilight Zone.

With the 15th Anniversary officially extended, work has already begun on a sequal to the successful campaign which marked its initial launch back in April. Following sightings of filmcrews in the park over past weeks, the first results are already online for the world to see… Oh happy day?

The final logo for ‘Stitch Live‘ has been revealed in a showreel for the ‘15th Anniversary Continues… Big Time!’ advertisements, with an unusual style. Unlike any Disney attraction logo to come before, Stitch’s television studio debut appears to take on all the characteristics of a TV title card.

The England rugby team visited Disneyland Resort Paris last Saturday, taking a day off with their families following victory against Tonga and giving some generous free headlines to the resort. If watching matches in the Sports Bar seems exciting, imagine a real-life Jonny Wilkinson strolling down Main Street…

Disneyland Resort Paris has extended its year-long 15th Anniversary Celebration. Originally launched on 1st April 2007 and due to close on 31st March 2008, the celebration is now confirmed to continue through the entire 2008 season, with travel brochures already pushing the extension.
