April Fool! Don’t worry, the Mark Twain is still true to the Old West period. Preparations for ‘The Celebration Continues… Big Time!’ year are well underway. The big surprise so far — new lights for Mark Twain, following the multicolour theme.
The upcoming Spring season will see the usual return of several shows, but this year joined by some promising new additions. Get ready to say “Good Morning Mary Poppins” and “bonjour” to Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip.
It was a day of music, dance and colourful fireworks at Disneyland Park last monday, when the resort once again celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with its third special event dedicated to the “Emerald Isle”… Ireland!
The Themed Entertainment Association has just published its annual theme park attendance study, with Disneyland Resort Paris easily topping the global list for the highest growth in 2007.
From 1st April 2008, the two theme parks of Disneyland Resort Paris will officially be smoke-free zones. No smoking will be allowed in any restaurants, attractions or queue lines — not even in the streets.
It might be based on a land of whimsy and wonder, but the bridge across to Sleeping Beauty Castle is no less prone to wear and tear than any other. A fact learnt only now by the resort, as they threw it into a sudden major refurbishment last week.
The 15th Anniversary is coming to an end… Well, not quite! ‘The Celebration Continues… Big Time!’ as the anniversary is extended by another year and a spectacular new TV commercial is launched today…!
Disneyland Resort Paris is ending several years of plain “1-Day/1-Park”-style ticket names with the introduction of new titles for its 15th Anniversary offer tickets. The start of a new financial year also brings new prices…
Disneyland Resort Paris will now offer Extra Magic Hours on mornings only, as the latest brochure publication and some quick website changes reflect a re-evaluation of the system after its first six months of operation. Luckily, less evenings means many more mornings…
