Since 1992, Tokyo Disneyland has had a not-at-all-subtle air of jealousy when it comes to Disneyland Paris. They did the “hotel over the park entrance” thing back with DisneySea in 2001, and now they’re trying to trump Paris’ Disneyland Hotel with a gargantuan fortress of Victorian architecture hulking over the original park’s car park. Owain shares the latest photos — but what do you think?
If only Chris Sanders knew the menace he had created when Lilo & Stitch went into production. As Walt Disney Studios becomes his latest outpost, another is just beginning construction at Tokyo Disneyland, and it’s going to controversial. How about The Enchanted Stitch Room, anyone? The Orlando-ing of Dubai is building up to be a rather impressive event after all. Following the announcement from Busch Entertainments that a Sea World, Aquatica water park and Worlds of Adventure theme park are all due to begin construction on a giant man-made island, news breaks that American chain Six Flags is going to Dubai!
