The queues on this are nearly always very long and to be quite honest it was a very quick ride. You don’t get much of a chance to take it all in.

Kids weren’t too bothered by the ride but didn’t want to go on it again. I would suggest going on if the queues aren’t too long.

If you are a Pinocchio fan I would say that you will like this ride and even though it is charming and there are some really nice parts to it, it is a little boring I find, even as a dark ride. I think children would find this ride the most exciting really and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone there for a very short visit but if there is a short queue then it’s worth seeing once at least!

Not as scary for my 5 year-old as I feared. Otherwise more for the kids than the adults. Queues were generally long, but we went during the parade, and the queue was short then.

Not on par with Peter Pan’s Flight, or the Snow White dark ride, this is still worth a visit if you have time. Best advice is to ride when there is little or no wait time, as it’s a very short ride and nothing too spectacular.

A great ride, especially for Pinocchio fans, but more dated than Peter Pan’s Flight. There are a few sinister moments (courtesy of Monstro the whale and Stromboli), but it’s a happy ending, including an amazing Blue Fairy effect.

Do it during Extra Magic Hours or at quiet times. Be prepared for the loud “test your strength” noise in Pleasure Island. There’s a hidden Mickey on the 8 ball on the pool table in the ride. Worth doing.

A good ride if a little dated. Similar to Snow White ride and the funfair part is good with the coloured lights. Well worth going on and queues are normally short.

Wasn’t too impressed with this ride and it’s starting to badly look its age now. Not an awful ride, just not very interesting and seems to be over very quickly, especially as the queues can be long and slow moving.

Good ride for kids, similar to Snow White ride. Goes too fast to really take in any of what’s going on. Wueues can get huge for this so if you see it relatively quiet, jump on!

This is one of the original rides from the ‘real’ Disneyland.

My children did enjoy it more than once, but it could do with some 21st century investment in technology and effects. The scenes and lighting are dated, and any adult will know this is made in old materials.

Come on Disney – Keep the ride, but make it sparkle again.

Probably the most disappointing of the dark rides in Fantasyland. This is a noisy and oddly charmless journey through the story of Pinocchio. There are few models but plenty of cardboard giving the ride a cheap feel. However there is a nice special effect with the Blue Fairy at the finale of the ride.

This ride is a little more intense than Peter Pan but not as bad as Snow White. Most kids should handle it fine although Monstro makes a memorable appearence! This ride can attract long lines as it’s fairly slow loading, so try and get on in the first couple of hours of opening, or near closing time.
