This is a wonderful attraction if you appreciate it for what it is, a childrens ride. I personally love to go on it, although my teenage son says this year he is NOT riding it with me, although we are taking our Grandson who will be 12 months old when we go so he may relent to ride with his Nephew! This is a great escape when the weather is rough, gives you time to recover from the rain or wind.

I defy anyone to leave this ride without humming the catchy tune over and over again. Even now all I have to do is play ‘it’s a small world..’ and everyone in our familiy smiles. It is a ride to immerse yourself in. It will take more than one ride to notice everything. The queues move quickly and it is a great ride to escape the heat/rain/cold whatever season you visit.

Did this ride during magic hour and just jumped straight on. This ride is brilliant in the visual sense, the music sticks in your head and you’re bound to be singing it all day long!! The ride lasted a lot longer than I remembered. The figures are amazing, the attention to detail given to them!

This has got to be the best experience in the whole Park. The music, the boats, the sound of water, the scenery – all go to make this ride a very happy and calming one. You are totally Disneyfied after a go on this one and every thing afterwards is just wonderful.

Anyone who has been on it knows that it is sugary sweet and the hundreds of little automon figures from countries and regions around the world cannot fail but to win your hearts.

Look out for the little extras as you sail around. Not all of the figures are automons. Many are just figurines – look at the soldiers in the England tableau and the geishas one for Japan, for example.

In 2003, a stranger appeared in the midst of the Austrian/Swiss tableau – Slinky dog from “Toy Story” and he was still there in February 2008. He stands astride the little train.

I like Cleopatra on her barge as she winks evocatively at her guests as they sail by.

The final scenes are pure Disney with each nation represented in national costumes in gold and white singing their hearts out and joining together to make it a small world after all.

The building above the ride is a clock and it opens up every 15 minutes and displays the time and some of the figures from within the ride.

Got to be the best for all ages to go on.

FANTASTIC – we went on this ride numerous times , and every time you notice something new and different. The music sticks with you for ages and its a ride for everyone. The end of the ride is a lighting spectacular with the world coming together.

Me and my family loved this ride. It was very relaxing and we had the song stuck in our heads throughout our Disney trip !

It is a really happy ride and it’s fun guessing what countries the characters are from. A bonus is that you don’t have to queue very long to ride on it because there are lots of boats going at the same time.

    Brilliant ride 8/10

    Disney Retro !!!
A must do for true Disney fans
Its a childs ride, but good if you want to sit down for a while
Queues are either non existant or massive, but they do go quick!

Pure escapism. Very kitsch, and a little odd… but don’t fight it. A must do!

Colourful, gentle and with annoyingly catchy music that you literally need to force out of your mind to save your sanity for the rest of the day. A nice ride if the queues aren’t too bad.

A good ride to take if you need a rest. A slow moving boat ride through the world with numerous audio animatronis dolls dressed in brightly coloured costumes singing ‘It’s a Small World’ and dancing. This ride will appeal to all ages. Every fifteen minutes the clock outside the ride springs to life with a display of more dolls! I have never waited very long to go on this ride and the boats hold a large number of people. Especially attractive to Disney’s younger guests!

This is such a lovely ride, really gentle, sweet and very relaxing.

I think this is a must for everyone, theres so much to see. Its great if your legs are fed up of walking and you need to have a sit down but still be entertained. I am not keen on dolls, but this attraction has really been thought out, is really clever and beautifully done. Its a very happy ride, and I dare you, that you cant get through it with out smiling.

The tune is an unforgettable one, that you will probably end up singing or humming for days ( a little irritating after 6 months!!! LOL )
    Brilliant 9/10

This has to be the most Disney of Disney rides. You have to this ride to know that you have arrived. We all know the tune and the dolls are well themed. There is usually no need to queue as it is a fast loading ride. What more is there to say – it’s Disney!

    THIS IS DISNEY!!!!!

I first rode It’s A Small World in 1971 at the original Disneyland in California. It totally lifted our day and put us in the Disney mood.

Now – to visit with three small children was better than ever. My 3, 6 and 8 year old were totally enchanted, and sang the song ALL DAY !!??!!

The Paris ride is much bigger than California, which makes it a reasonably long ride, and worth the wait. The queues can be long, but they’re constantly moving, with many bots to take the crowds.

TIP: If you’re staying at a Disney hotel, use you extra hours early start to ride before the hordes arrive.

By high (or rather low) demand, we went on it 7 times in six days.

A MUST DO . . . AGAIN and AGAIN. It’s A Small World After All.

Disney is for Children – This is for Children – of ALL AGES!

It’s a classic Disney ride and one of their best rides ever created. The whole family can enjoy the ride.
