Perhaps the most charming ride in the park; I went at Christmas and they were doing the ‘It’s a Small World Celebration’, which was enjoyable (a few carols were chucked in with the infamous theme tune). I’ve never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for this ride, and you must do it before you leave.

    I LOVE THIS RIDE!!!!!!

Got the extra surprise of having the christmas celebration edition this year – what a treat!!!

I love dolls anyway though so I may be biased towards this ride, but I don’t think a trip to Disney would be complete without this ride – especially love the end with the glittery funfair scene! Also love the little toytown at the exit!

I really do love Small World.

A must everytime we visit. Who doesn’t come off of the ride humming that fateful tune for at least 10 minutes afterwards? It is just a small shame that there doesn’t seem to be enough time spent by maintenance ensuring that all the exhibits are working as they should. Have also missed the Christmas bits the last year (2008) though I believe that they have brought it back for 2009. 9 out of 10 only due to the fact that not everything is working.

A beautiful ride, great for all ages. The boat ride is relaxing and the scenery is great! My only complaint is that it doesn’t go on long enough hehe!

If you’ve never ridden this, you’ve almsot certainly at leastheard the song. And if that’s the case, the song is probably putting you off the idea of getting on board this happy cruise but please don’t let it! This is one of the most charming rides I have ever experienced, and I feel it truly captures the essence of Disney magic. Forget walking down Main Street USA, and seeing the castle for the first time; it’s only when I’ve got into one of the boats, and heard the first bars of the infamous song that I KNOW I’ve arrived at Disneyland!

Good ride but after you ride it a couple of times it does become boring. But what would a trip to any disney park be without going on it at least twice.

Suitable for everyone. Once you have ridden you will never forget the song. We have been humming it since 1993 and our first ride. Excellent ride to do if its raining as the majority of the queueing area is undercover.

We love the hyena! And the clock is an excellent extra.

Always a classic, I was surprised at how much my 5 year-old took to it, insisting on riding it twice in a row. Even more interesting was the amount of time he spent in the exhibition after. I literally had to drag him out of there.

First things first – I am a fan of this ride. It is really good and have never had to queue for over 10 minutes. Fantastic scenery, theming, music, models etc this ride can’t go wrong…..

However, considering the recent additions to Hong Kong Disneyland and in California, this addition of the classic is getting a little bit old. The newly opened versions (in HK and CA) look fantastic, and this is where I have a little problem. The outer facade when I last went (a year ago) had paint peeling, rust and was overall looking a little bit worn. It maybe that since then the park management have given it a lick o’ paint, but I suggest a month’s refurbishment or something like that, and this could also be said for quite a few rides (eg. Star Tours, Fantasyland).

Yet, overall, this is still a fantastic ride and a must do for every time. If you have children then they will adore it. (Though prepare for the song getting trapped in your head for the rest of your life).

My 9 year old daughters favourite ride in the whole park ! We usually head here when we first arrive in the park.We always have to ride it 10 times at least during our stay! Just as well the queues are never too long.

One of my favourites, very fine attraction for adults and small children. Nice music too, don’t miss this attraction. Short queues most of the time.

This is a true Disney experience, fantastic for all the family (although embarrassed teenagers probably won’t appreciate it). The Audio-Animatronic dolls give a cute touch, and look out for the featured countries’ famous landmarks as you float past.

I especially like the African scene (featuring hyenas, hippos and a lion) and the areas based on China and Japan. Make sure you visit the France-Telecom sponsored room on the way to the exit to see some clever technology.

I challenge you to not be singing the theme song as you walk out! This ride has long queues during the middle of the day, so do it early or late. Enjoy!

A classic. My family(two teenagers, two parents) loved it. Even the guys in our family had to appreciate it for what it is. The queues were amazingly fast, and it was a wonderful break for our feet. It’s also a surprisingly long ride. And that song, that wonderful song! It’s hard to catch everything, though; your head darts back and forth to see things on the left side, and the right, and then there are things on the ceiling as well.

Fun and relaxing attraction. It’s great to see how this attraction differs from park to park.
