Last week, DLRP Review.com officially broke into the thousands! The only dedicated Disneyland Resort Paris reviews website in the world accepted its 1,000th review just seven months after launching as a small ‘BETA’ website on 9th September 2007.
The third website in the DLRP Magic.com family, DLRP Review was completely relaunched in November 2007 to include every attraction, restaurant, entertainment and hotel at the resort in a system that allows members to rate out of 10 or write their own review.
Currently, the website has no less than 478 members, between them sharing 1,013 reviews and giving an overwhelming 2,518 individual ratings. The total number of stars given away to attractions and locations across the resort currently stands at 19,929. If we were to take the average score as a satisfaction rating for Disneyland Resort Paris among members, we’d find it at an impressive 7.91 out of 10!
The honour of the 1000th review goes to pmdavies33 for a review of Animagique.
DLRP Review.com would like to take this opportunity to truly thank everyone who has contributed to the website so far. From a little dream can come something for all of us to be proud of - one of the most useful, indispensable planning tools for Disneyland Resort Paris on the internet, and it’s all thanks to you.
Where do we go from here?
Your reviews will always provide a constantly changing view on the European magic kingdom and of course, the website will continue to evolve both in its design and content for many months — and hopefully, years — to come. New pages for The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Stitch Live! were recently added, soon to be followed by more new pages for the Summer 2008 entertainment.
In addition, DLRP Review will soon be launching a brand new area dedicated to reviews, ratings and tips for everything from Character Meals to Fastpass, Eurostar to the VEA shuttle bus.
Today, to mark the 1000th review, we expand our Hotels category with brand new listings in the Other Accommodation category. Not everyone can afford Disney Hotels, and not everyone wants to stay somewhere where they’re afraid to use the bed sheets. From the good to the bad, we want your tips, ratings and reviews for these properties in the Marne-la-Vallée area to provide a guide to Disneyland Resort Paris hotels that has the needs and experiences of Disneyland Resort Paris fans and guests at its heart.
DLRP Reviewers, don’t hold back. Prepare to cast your stars…
