Welcome to DLRP Review!

This page aims to answer the most common questions about the website and help you get started rating, reviewing and sharing tips for Disneyland Resort Paris.

Do you have any guidelines or rules for reviews?

DLRP Review does have a few tips and pointers for contributors, yes. We ask that all reviews are over 30 or so words, use good spelling, punctuation and grammar (please check before you hit “submit”, it saves us so much time!). We will attempt to correct any obvious mistakes or typos, but ask that all DLRP Reviewers read through their contributions before submitting and, if necessary, make use of the quick-edit function which allows reviews to be edited for up to 15 minutes — just click on the review text.

I can’t log in!

If you have received your password but can’t log in, first double-check you typed both your username and password correctly. Perhaps try the “Forgetten password?” link on the page and reset your password. If you’ve still no luck, contact us for assistance.

Can I expect any newsletters or junk mail by entering my email address?

No, absolutely none. Your email address is stored privately and securely within our system and will not be used for anything other than direct correspondance regarding your DLRP Review account. This could include account information, such as when your password has been modified, or contact from an admin regarding any ratings or reviews posted.

I recently posted a review, but it hasn’t appeared on the website. Where is it?

As stated throughout the website, all reviews are moderated before being accepted for display on the pages of DLRP Review. This can take up to 48 hours, but you should still be able to see your review on the page, marked as “awaiting moderation.” Whilst we sincerely welcome all contributions, some reviews may not be posted if they do not meet our quality guidelines or provide worthwhile input.

Do you edit reviews before publishing them?

No, we never edit the words of a review. Most reviews are quickly checked for spelling and punctuation before publishing, and the odd sentence which provides information we know to be incorrect (eg. “Get tickets for The Legend of the Lion King” — this would be removed, since tickets are no longer required) may be removed, but all reviews and tips are honest, real and entirely your own!

I chose the wrong star rating for something! Can I change my score?

Sorry, at least with the current version of the website, all star ratings are final and cannot be edited — please rate wisely!

I am unable to use the star rating system and/or post reviews, what’s the problem?

It could be that you’re using an old browser, unsupported by either of these features. DLRP Review is tested throughout all design in the latest versions of both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox on the Windows operating system. The website should also be completely functional with the latest version of Apple’s Safari browser. If you’re having trouble using the website or believe some portion of the page design to have malfunctioned, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is there somewhere where I can see all the reviews or star ratings I’ve given so far?

Sorry, at least with the current version of the website, listings and features of this kind are not currently possible.

You’ve missed out a piece of the magic that I’d like to review, can you add it?

We welcome all feedback and contributions, and will certainly consider adding any locations, restaurants or attractions within Disneyland Resort Paris which you believe are not currently covered. Just contact us!
