  1. This is a fantastic ride, i never used to like going on big rides like this one but i loved it! cant wait to go on it again!

  2. This is an awesome ride, the queues are never more than 5-10 minutes and the start is still great after the 10th time!!! A Must-do ride!!!

  3. This ride has to be the best ride in the studios all together. The layout of the track is BRILL! the lighting is awesome and the music is ROCKIN.

  4. This ride is great, I think it is one of the best rides in the entire resort!!

The best part has to be the beginning with the launch. The aerosmith music really brings the attraction ‘alive’ and you cant help singing along.

  5. This ride is GREAT, better than the one in WDW i thought. I just love the beginning of the ride when you go shooting in the darkness. A must do ride for all those that love thrill rides.

  6. I tried to get my little sister on this ride everytime we went to Disneyland Paris and when she finally gave in, she loved it!!!! We went on it at least five times in one day as the queue barely tops 30 mins. The story is not as good as in Walt Disney World but it does not really matter as I spend most of my time with my eyes closed! My favourite part of the ride is the launch as that is when the picture is taken and my expression is always hilarious ;) I love this ride! The best ride in studios! (I have not been on Tower of Terror in Paris yet) Everything a rollercoaster should be!

  7. This is a very good ride, never has massive queues (except perhaps after the Moteurs show), great atmosphere and music - the queue line is also quite interesting as there is lots to look at (guitars from big-name bands, old promotional posters, and of course the Aerosmith studio!) and it always moves quickly.

You are loaded into a really cool looking long race car (my advice is do not go at the front - it is nowhere near as smooth as even the second car back, plus it sort of feels like you are going to fall out onto the tracks - closer to the back you ‘drag’ and get even more G-force, or at least it feels like that!) and you are strapped in tightly but comfortably.

Your car then moves round the corner where you have Steven Tyler screaming ‘3-2-1′ in your ear while you are pulled back and launched - it is out of this world, and easily the best part of the ride. You then go straight into a loop which is *nearly* too much, but just enough…But then after this fantastic launch, the rest of the ride is actually kind of boring and non eventful, apart from a corkscrew loop you go through midway through the ride.

Despite this lull, you actually need it - the launch is so powerful you appreciate the rest after it, and the lighting and smoke effects during the ride do make you feel like you’re in a concert. In terms of rollercoaster technology, Space Mountain cannot be beaten, but the music, effects and the mind-blowing launch, combined with the fact that there are never massive queues, make this one of the top attractions in the Studios.

  8. A top ride! I was at the park a couple of weeks ago and rode Rock ‘n’ Roller coaster several times. On one occassion the music failed, they let us ride again straightaway this time with the music which I have to say is part of the whole experience. Still a great ride and highly recommended 3……..2……..1……..10/10

  9. Great great ride, great music, great effects. No real storyline, but who cares ? After all, an Aerosmith-based rollercoaster in a Disney theme park doesn’t make much sense in the first place, right ? 9/10… love in a rollercoaster !

  10. I like this one a lot. There are not so many coasters like this one.
It’s everything you want in a coaster. Superb

  11. What more can you ask for? Fast paced launch coaster, loops, darkness and rock music - love it!

  12. I am always too scared to go on it. I have been as far as the front of the queue and then got too scared and came out. The queue line is one of the best so fun.

  13. I love this ride, especially the first acceleration. The only complaint I have is that it jerks your head around quite a lot, which can give you a bit of a headache after 5 or 6 consecutive rides!!! Still brilliant though.

  14. Excellent ride - my 7 yr old loved it and we had to keep going on it over and over again.
    Best rollercoaster ride at Disney.

  15. I love this ride!! It gives you a thrill you will never forget! The launch is absolutely fantastic and is just one ride that will blow you away! Rock’n'Rollercoaster is my favourite ride in Walt Disney Studios and I love going on it loads of times…and plus Aerosmith rock!!

  16. Definitely an awesome ride! The best way to think about it before boarding (if you’re afraid) is that its like taking an airplane ride with the blast off and remember to scream as this helps get rid of some of that anxiety. Other than that sit back and enjoy. Its truly a great ride!

    My score: 10/10

  17. Once you have plucked up the courage to ride you will be going back for more I can assure you! This is a truly awesome rollercoaster and a much smoother ride than Space Mountain Mission 2. The count down at the beginning will have the palms of your hands sweating as you wait for the ride to start! The launch is brilliant - it takes your breath away!!!! Remeber to smile though as this is when the photographs are taken! This won’t appeal to very young children as they would find it too scary but teenagers and adults will love it. 10/10 everytime!

  18. I just LOVED it!!
    Great music,great ride, great attraction.
The seconds before the launch are a bit stressing even if you have already been there before, but then it’s great fun.
A must do if you like rollercoasters.

  19. GREAT ride, absolutely cool music, smooth ride. Did it 9 times in a row. excellent. don’t miss it.

  20. This is an enjoyable enough rollercoaster. The launch is excellent - forceful, thrilling and fun. This is followed by being flipped over twice, which is great fun. After this, however, the ride suddenly runs out of steam, and plods through the rest of the track, which is disappointing.

Surrounding the rollercoaster track is an impressive light show, and there are also onboard speakers which blast out Aerosmith tunes while you’re zipping round. Disney have even managed to put in a pre show before the rollercoaster - however it is very short and rather pointless.

Overall this is an entertaining enough ride but it could have been much more. There’s rarely much of a line, especially in the mornings. Intensity wise, obviously it depends on how much you like rollercoasters. This is not a very intense rollercoaster but it does go upside down and the launch can be very intimidating, although it looks and sounds worse than it is.

When I last visited this was a very smooth ride and nothing like the vey rough Space Mountain in Disneyland Parc.

  21. Great attraction! The music , lights and launch really makes it the best coaster at the resort. This ride is one of the reasons why people should visit the studios. This coaster rocks!

  22. The Rock n Roller Coaster is my favourite ride in all of Disneyland Resort Paris. In fact, it’s my favourite ride in the whole world (And I’ve ridden almost 100 roller coasters at this moment in time). Ever since my first ride at the age 9, I have kept revisiting the resort to ride it over and over again, and it never disappoints. If you like big thrills, this is a must do attraction.

    10/10

  23. This ride is awesome, the queue line is very good and the ride is to. Its a very smooth roller coaster and its great to listen to aerosmith on a roller coaster. The disco lights and strobes are great. I wouldnt recomend this is your dont liek flashing lights, loud music or dont like fast launches.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith

Launched indoor coaster through rock concert lighting, 3 inversions.

Aerosmith have an awesome new “sound”… But, with a booming launch, twists, turns and loops throughout, this is a rock ‘n’ roll scream like nothing you’ve ever heard - or felt - before!
