Disney Express Luggage Service

Drop off your bags, check into your hotel and collect your tickets - all before you leave the resort's high speed rail station. Then, straight to the parks!

Disney Express Luggage Service and Advance Check-In is a popular service offered to help you enjoy as much time in the parks as possible. Rather than heading over to your hotel when your Eurostar or TGV pulls into the station, you can check-in in advance, having your bags delivered to your hotel, and head straight to the parks instead. Then, upon your departure, simply leave your bags at your hotel concierge in the morning, enjoy a final day of fun, and they'll be ready to pick up from the station before your train leaves later that day.

The service can be enjoyed two ways. If you book the direct Eurostar train to Disneyland Paris as part of a hotel package through Disney or your travel agent, it's offered as standard. Alternatively, if you book a Eurostar or TGV journey yourself and choose to stay at one of the qualifying hotels, it can be added for a small charge.

At the heart of the service is the Disney Express desk itself, situated on the first floor near the back of Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy TGV station and easy to spot from the main concourse.

Disney Express desk
  • Open from 8am to 9.30pm, 7 days a week.
  • Situated on the right-hand side at the back of the first floor mezzanine in the resort's high speed rail station, Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy.
  • Allow at least 45 minutes when collecting your luggage for departure by Eurostar.

As part of a Direct Eurostar package

Booking your Eurostar travel direct to the magic through Disney or a travel agent partner gives you best possible Disney Express experience.

You will receive your hotel check-in documents either at your departure station or whilst on-board the train, and simply need to drop your bags off at the Disney Express desk when you arrive. Then, you're free to explore the parks right away — they're literally only metres from the train station.

Departure & Check-In

  • For guests departing from London St Pancras International, check-in takes place on board the train, saving even more time! A Disney Cast Member will find you at your seat and introduce you to the resort as you're speeding along at 300 km/h. You'll be handed all your check-in documents, including park tickets and any extras such as meal vouchers, and be given luggage labels so you're ready to drop off your bags.
  • For guests departing from Ashford International, head straight to the dedicated Disney Express desk at the station itself, where you can check in, receive your documents and have your luggage labelled before boarding the train.

Arrival & Bag Drop-Off

  • Once your arrive at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy, the high speed station right at the heart of the resort, head up the escalators and then upstairs again to the first floor mezzanine of the station, where the bright blue banners of the Disney Express desk won't be hard to spot. Here, simply drop off your ready-labelled bags and they'll be taken straight to your hotel. The adventure has begun, enjoy your stay!

Departure

  • On the day of departure, leave your luggage at your hotel Concierge desk in the morning and they'll be taken to the train station for you, leaving you free to enjoy as much of your final day as possible. Simply pick them up from the Disney Express desk on the first floor of the station before you board your train.

As an optional extra

Booking Eurostar or TGV train travel yourself can sometimes work out cheaper than by booking as part of a package. And, for a small extra charge, the Disney Express Luggage Service and Advance Check-In can still be used to maximise your time in the parks.

Being able to add Disney Express is also particularly useful if you are travelling by Eurostar via Lille, since though this allows for greater flexibility in trains, it does not allow for the on-board check-in by Disney Cast Members.

Alternatives to Disney Express
  • If you simply want somewhere to leave your bags on the day you arrive or depart, there are Consigne (Guest Storage) desks on the right-hand side of the entrance to each park.
  • There are also lockers situated on the left-hand side of the first floor in the Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy train station.
  • All Disney Hotels and most of the Selected and Associated hotels also offer storage facilities, although this require travelling to and from your hotel - the time which Disney Express can save you!
  • For more information on all the Luggage Storage options, see our dedicated page.
