Disney Express Luggage Service

Drop off your bags, check into your hotel and collect your tickets — all before you leave the resort's high speed rail station!

If you're travelling to Disneyland Paris by Eurostar or TGV high speed train, Disney Express Hotel Check-In & Luggage Service is a popular service offered to help you enjoy as much time in the parks as possible.

Since Marne-la-Vallé/Chessy train station is located right at the gates of the two Disney parks, it can seem like a waste of precious time to go to your hotel and back just to check-in and collect your tickets. This service lets you head straight to the parks instead, delivering your bags to your hotel for you.

Then, upon your departure, simply leave your bags at your hotel concierge in the morning, enjoy a final day of fun, and they'll be ready to pick up from the station before your train leaves later that day, saving you another time-consuming hop back and forth.

Who can use Disney Express?

The service can be added if you're on a hotel and park tickets package staying at a Disney Hotel or Partner Hotel, either booked directly through Disneyland Paris or one of their preferred travel agents.

You can be due to arrive at Marne-la-Vallé/Chessy train station on either a direct service to Disneyland Paris or an indirect service (such as via Lille). See "How it works" below for how the service will differ depending on your route.

Your rail transport itself doesn't need to be booked through Disneyland Paris to take advantage of the service — so be sure to check this isn't cheaper booked separately.

Hotels offering Disney Express

Disney Express is available for guests staying at all Disney Hotels and Partner Hotels, including:

  • Disney Hotels: Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Hotel New York, Disney's Newport Bay Club, Disney's Sequoia Lodge, Disney's Hotel Cheyenne, Disney's Hotel Santa Fe
  • Partner Hotels: Vienna House Dream Castle Hotel, Vienna House Magic Circus Hotel, Algonquin's Explorers Hotel, Kyriad Hotel, B&B Hotel, Radisson Blu Hotel, Adagio Marne-la-Vallé Val d'Europe, Hotel L'Elysée Val d'Europe

The service is not available for Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch or Villages Nature Paris.

How it works

1. Departure & Check-In

  • If you're on the direct Eurostar train and booked Disney Express directly with Disneyland Paris, check-in takes place on board the train, saving even more time! A Disney Cast Member will find you at your seat and introduce you to the resort as you're speeding along at 300 km/h. You'll be handed all your check-in documents, including park tickets and any extras such as meal vouchers, and be given luggage labels so you're ready to simply drop off your bags.
  • If you're on an indirect train or TGV or booked Disney Express through a preferred travel agent, simply head straight to the Disney Express desk upon arrival where your check-in documents and park tickets will be waiting.

2. Arrival & Bag Drop-Off

  • Once you arrive at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy, head up the escalators and then upstairs again to the first floor mezzanine of the station, where the bright blue banners of the Disney Express desk won't be hard to spot.
  • Here, simply drop off your ready-labelled bags and they'll be taken straight to your hotel. The adventure has begun, enjoy your stay!

3. Return Journey

  • On the day of departure, leave your luggage at your hotel Concierge desk before 11am in the morning and they'll be taken to the train station for you, leaving you free to enjoy as much of your final day as possible.
  • Simply pick your bags up from the Disney Express desk on the first floor of the station at least 45 minutes before your train is due to leave.

Prices & how to book

Disney Express is available for a standard additional cost per person, for all travellers 3 years and older. This price includes both arrival and departure luggage transfers and advance hotel check-in.

Disney Express prices

  • Per person (from 3 years) return: £14 / €17

Prices correct at last update. Subject to change.

Price in Pound Sterling applies only to advance UK bookings.

How to book

As part of a Disneyland Paris hotel package with transport, Disney Express can be booked online or over the phone:

  • When booking online, you'll be offered the option to add Disney Express as part of the booking process.
  • If you're booking over the phone (consult Disneyland Paris for your local direct number), you'll be offered the option to add it by the advisor.

If you're booking your rail travel separately yourself, which can often work out significantly cheaper, you can still add Disney Express to your hotel package booking:

Disney Express must be added for every person (from 3 years) within your booking.

Note: Disney Express Luggage Service should not be confused with Disney's Magical Express, an airport transfer bus service which operates only at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.

Is it worth the cost?

Disney Express used to be a standard extra perk when booking direct Eurostar travel alongside a Disneyland Paris hotel package; a "unique selling point" of the resort, allowing you to arrive and walk straight into the Disney parks.

Now, it's only available for an extra cost on top of every booking. Is it still worth it?

When it's worth paying for Disney Express

Sometimes, it's worth paying for an extra bit of magic:

  • If you're only visiting for a very short stay and want to maximise your time in the Disney parks on your arrival and departure day.
  • If you have very young children or older party members who might not cope well with the walk or shuttle bus to your hotel as soon as you arrive.
  • If you're staying at a Partner Hotel, the time and distance to get your hotel is much greater, meaning Disney Express is effectively better value.
  • If money is simply no object to a hassle-free experience!

When you'd be better just to check-in as normal

Having to go to your hotel as soon as you arrive, leaving the parks behind, might not be the worst thing. There are plenty of reasons why this might even be a better choice for you:

  • If you're a very large group, the cost of Disney Express will really add up.
  • If you only have a small number of bags and can easily manage them between yourselves on the shuttle bus or short walk.
  • If you'd actually prefer to relax and freshen up in your hotel room for half an hour after a long train journey, before hitting the parks.
  • If you're staying at a Disney Hotel very nearby the park gates, it's really not that far to carry your own bags and check-in.

If you can manage your bags between you, you're effectively paying extra just for time in the parks that you've already paid for with your park tickets.

Disney Express desk

At the heart of the service is the Disney Express desk itself, situated on the first floor near the back of Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy TGV station and easy to spot from the main concourse.

  • Open from 8am to 9.30pm, 7 days a week.
  • Situated on the right-hand side at the back of the first floor mezzanine in the resort's high speed rail station, Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy.
  • Allow at least 45 minutes when collecting your luggage for departure by Eurostar.

Alternatives to Disney Express

Disney Express might not suit everyone, especially if you're arriving or departing at inconvenient times or staying at a different hotel to those served by the service. Here are a few tips for alternative ways to take care of your luggage:

  • If you simply need somewhere to leave your bags on the day you arrive or depart, there are Consigne (Guest Storage) desks on the right-hand side of the entrance to each Disney Park, for a more modest extra cost.
  • There are also lockers situated on the left-hand side of the first floor in the Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy train station, also payable.
  • All Disney Hotels and most of the Partner Hotels offer free storage facilities, although this requires travelling to and from your hotel - the time which Disney Express is designed to save you!
