Park RegulationsKeeping the magic alive Whilst you're enjoying the two magical parks at Disneyland Resort Paris, remember to think about the other guests around you and the magical world that has been created for your enjoyment. Give the Cast Members a friendly smile, wait patiently in queues, put your litter in the trash cans and remember the following regulations...
Video Taping and PhotographyVideo Taping is strictly forbidden on all more intense (such as Space Mountain: Mission 2) and cinema-style (such as Honey, I Shrunk The Audience) attractions. It is also forbidden in some live shows such as CinéMagique and Animagique. Flash Photography is strictly forbidden on all indoor attractions and during some indoor live shows. Please turn your flash off or refrain from the use of your camera. QueuingWhilst the attractions in the two parks of Disneyland Resort Paris have been designed to handle the maximum amount of guests, the amount of eager guests means some queuing is inevitable. Whilst in queues, stick to the marked path and don't queue jump - Cast Members have the right to refuse queue-jumpers entry to attractions. Smoking, eating and drinking are forbidden in queue lines and whilst on-board attractions. Should you wish to leave an attraction before reaching the boarding point, please follow the easiest route to the exit or ask a Cast Member for assistance. Attraction RestrictionsSome attractions have height restrictions which are enforced for your safety and should be understood and followed at all times. More intense attractions also have a series of other restrictions. These are clearly listed on signs at the entrances to the attractions and should be read before choosing whether to ride. Whilst on-board attractions, you should follow Cast Members' instructions and keep your hands and arms inside the vehicle, with your safety restraint firmly in place. Should you have any problems whatsoever, ask a Cast Member immediately. Attraction ClosuresWith the 2 parks and 14 hotels of Disneyland Resort Paris operating 365 days a year to endless crowds of eager guests, it becomes necessary to schedule closures of certain attractions, restaurants and amenities for refurbishment and general maintenance, to make sure that guests are always getting a no less than perfect Disney experience. You can find a full list of scheduled closures here, but please remember that closures can, regretfully, occasionally happen without prior notice. Appropriate ClothingFor the comfort of yourself and other guests, a shirt/top and shoes must be worn at all times whilst in the parks, whatever the season. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather conditions. SmokingSmoking is strictly forbidden in queue lines, whilst on-board attractions and now in all of the resort's restaurants, with more restrictions likely to follow soon. Please respect other guests, especially those with children, when smoking in the two Disney parks, ideally finding a place away from the general guest flow. Film CrewsDisney film crews are often at work in the two Disney parks. Signs will be placed at the entrances to the parks on these days and you should avoid these areas if you do not wish to be filmed. ComplaintsShould you wish to make a complaint, visit City Hall or Studio Services right away, where the helpful Cast Members will be happy to make a note of the details and offer you further assistance. Similarly, should you wish to compliment a certain attraction, a restaurant or perhaps a particularly helpful Cast Member, drop a note at City Hall or Studio Services. It all helps to make the Magic even more magical! |
