Misplaced your parrot umbrella?

If you're enjoying one of two Disney Parks and realise an item of your property has gone missing, you should report it immediately to the Lost & Found locations:

  • City Hall in Main Street, U.S.A. for Disneyland Park
  • Studio Services in Front Lot for Walt Disney Studios Park

If your lost item hasn't been handed in to a Cast Member yet, leave your name and contact details with a description of the item, and the resort may be able to contact you if the item is found.

Similarly, should you happen to find any items or property left behind by another guest, either hand them to the nearest Cast Member (if in an attraction), or take them to the Lost & Found location for the park.
