Guest Relations Window

Help, advice and services before you begin your Disney dream

The Guest Relations Window at each Disney Park is a help and information desk located outside the park gates, ready and waiting to assist with any problems or services you require before entering the park.

Disneyland Park

Located to the right of the main entrance, under the bridge to the East wing of Disneyland Hotel. This is the main Guest Relations Window for the entire resort and offers a few more services than the window at Walt Disney Studios Park. Queues can be long, so if your query can wait, try to avoid park opening or closing time.

Walt Disney Studios Park

Located on the right of the entrance gates, joined to the main Studio Services information centre. If you've a query which isn't park-specific, queues can sometimes be shorter here. However, only one desk is available compared to the multiple windows at Disneyland Park.
