Both Disney Parks have their own main information desk, ready and waiting with tips and advice, useful services and an ear for complaints, compliments or feedback.

City Hall

City Hall has been a landmark of each Disneyland sinec 1955, and Disneyland Park in Paris is no different. The building can be found on your left as soon as you enter Town Square. The exuberent and classically-styled turn-of-the-century City Hall is the busy main guest relations desk for Disneyland Park, offering the following information, advice and services:

  • General park information - including park maps, programmes, etc
  • Lost and found
  • Currency exchange
  • Restaurant reservations for all Table Service locations
  • Assisted Access Cards, guide maps, help and information for disabled guests
  • Forms for complaints, compliments and feedback about your visit

Studio Services

At Walt Disney Studios Park, the beautiful Spanish revival-style administration area of Front Lot provides its main guest relations help and services at Studio Services, located on your right as soon as you enter through the studio gates. The location also serves as the park's Guest Relations Window from outside the park gates.

Offered at Studio Services are:

  • General park information - including park maps, programmes, etc
  • Lost and found
  • Currency exchange
  • Restaurant reservations for all Table Service locations
  • Assisted Access Cards, guide maps, help and information for disabled guests
  • Forms for complaints, compliments and feedback about your visit
  • Tax refunds for guests from outside the EU
  • Baby Care Centre (at side)
  • First Aid (at rear)
