Cast Members

The biggest smiles and the best service!

At Disneyland Resort Paris, the employees are always known as "Cast Members", since they're an integral part of the Disney 'show' and are there to make every dream come true. Whether you need directions, entertainment times, attractions advice or a group photo, they'll be happy to help.

Some Cast Members are also dedicated to providing guest information - they can be spotted by the large Mickey Mouse-dotted "i" on their clothes and always have extra park maps on hand.

Languages

A feature from the early days of the resort has begun to make a comeback - small lapel pin flags worn by Cast Members next to their name badge, showing the additional languages they can speak fluently. (All Cast Members speak French).

These flags make it easy for you to spot a helping hand who speaks your language with minimal confusion!
