Bureau Passeport Annuel

Get your ticket to a whole year of dreams come true...

You can find a dedicated Annual Passport Office to left of the Discoveryland entrance, behind the Royal Castle Stage (Le Théâtre du Château).

At the Bureau Passeport Annuel, a helpful team is on hand to answer all your questions about the resort's Annual Passports and help you through the registration process. When you arrive, tell the Cast Member on the reception desk what you're visiting for (the Annual Passport type you'd like to buy, or whether you're renewing a pass) and, if applicable, they'll take down the serial number of your park pass for that day. You will be assigned a number and are then free to wait before being called to the long service counter to be served by one of the many assistants.

The numbers are usually called in French, so if you're not so fluent, you might like to check over at least the numbers 1-20 before you visit! Cast Members at the service counter speak English on a varying level from fluent to minimal. As a whole, the Passeport Annuel scheme is still (strangely) exclusively French.

If you're waiting with children, small play areas and two large television screens showing a recent Disney DVD release are on hand to entertain.

The Bureau is open from 11am to 7pm weekdays and from 10am to 8pm weekends and public holidays.
