Too many memories to carry?

If you get weighed down by souvenirs or simply don't want the hassle of carrying an extra bag around whilst in the Disney Parks or Disney Village, then this FREE service is always at hand in almost every boutique.

When you pay for your items, simply ask to collect them later using the Disney Shopping Service. Your special souvenirs will then be whisked magically across the resort to your chosen destination - either collect them from 6pm onwards at Disney Village or from 8pm onwards at the boutique of your own Disney Hotel!

Pick-Up

The pick-up desk for Disney Shopping Service can be found at the back of Disney Store in Disney Village, clearly signed.

When you pick up items from your Disney Hotel boutique, simply show the receipt given upon purchasing at the regular cash desk.
