Disney Express

Speed your way from the station to the Magic Kingdom, and back!

Disney Express is a clever luggage concierge service allowing you to drop off bags for delivery to your hotel as soon as you arrive at the resort's train station, letting you hop and skip straight into the Disney Parks in minutes! On the return journey, you drop your bags at the hotel and they'll be waiting at the train station before your departure, so you can grab every last second of Disney dreams.

What's more, for guests travelling on the direct Eurostar from London, Ebbsfleet or Ashford to Disneyland Resort Paris, hotel check-in itself can be completed before departure or on-board the train!

Disney Express removes the need to go to-and-fro between your hotel and the train station on the first and final days of your Disney adventure, saving time and energy.

For Direct Eurostar

The direct "Disney Train" to the heart of the magic is where Disney Express really makes life like a dream. If you book a Disney Hotel and Direct Eurostar package through Disneyland Resort Paris or a partner travel agent, Disney Express is completely FREE.

If you depart from London, you check-in in the departure lounge and receive your park entry tickets and other booking details right away. If joining from a later station, Cast Members on board the train will help you through the process as you speed your way in under 3 hours to the gates of Disneyland.

Attach the colour-coded tags to your bags, then, when you arrive at Disneyland, take them to the Disney Express desk on the first floor of the station, near the rear. Drop off the bags at the correct window, then run off to the parks! Your bags will be waiting at your hotel's luggage storage location later, and you need only drop by reception to pick up your room key.

If you decide to book Direct Eurostar travel separately, since this can be cheaper, you can now add Disney Express as an extra option when you call to book your Disney Hotel for £10 per person for arrival and departure transfer.

For all Other Trains

Available for arrivals between 8am and 2.30pm (hotel pick up after 4pm), and departures 5pm and 9.30pm (hotel drop-off before 11am that morning).

If you arrive via TGV or an indirect Eurostar via Lille, the Disney Express service still provides a baggage transfer service between your Disney Hotel and the train station, with park tickets and booking details presented by the welcome Cast Members when you drop off your bags.

The service is free if you book your transport direct with your Disneyland Resort Paris package, or available at a small additional charge when you book your Disney Hotel room. You'll be given a Disney Express coupon to present at the desk on the first floor of Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy train station.

 

Important: You should return to the Disney Express desk in the train station to pick up your luggage at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure of your train.
