If you don’t want to miss the extended Disneyland Paris 20th Anniversary, you most likely don’t want to miss an official special offer either.
So here’s your heads-up that the current UK deal — Up To 30% Off + Free For Kids Under 12 — ends this week, on Thursday 28th March to be precise.
What’s unusual about this deal — and particularly good for families — is that it extends the “Kids Under 12″ offer beyond its usual winter confines. You’d only normally see kids under 7 getting free hotel accommodation and park tickets in the spring and summer months, so the chance to not pay a thing for under 12s right through to 31st August 2013 — and even during school holidays — might come as a real bonus, especially with 30% off on top.
You can find even more Disneyland Paris Special Offers on our dedicated pages.
We only share official Disneyland Paris offers and links for Disney Hotel packages and park tickets, which always take you to the official website to book. Use these links and DLRPMagic.com will benefit, which means we can keep providing more updates, news, photos and videos!

The new spring season of late March and early April normally brings refreshes to most Disneyland Paris restaurant menus, but until then we’ve been getting the current pages up to speed with a slate of updates from the winter season to help you plan your impending trip:
…And there are more to follow, so watch this space.
Menus are normally updated at least once in March/April and some, normally only high-class Table Service which use seasonal ingredients, are additionally updated in November/December.
If you’ve spotted an updated menu whilst you’re at the resort, you can help us out by snapping a photo and sending it to us at our direct email address, in the biggest size possible (so we can read and check all the details!). There are 62 menus to keep on top of, so this is no mean feat!
As always — bon appetit!

We’re all ready for a new year of magic with the latest Calendar updates from Disneyland Paris. Start planning your next trip today!
When do you plan to visit Disneyland Paris in 2013? Let us know below!
Thursday, 4th October 2012

It’s a double Calendar update today for your winter Disneyland Paris trip planning…
First, park opening hours for November 2012 reveal a schedule broadly similar to November 2011, with shorter weekday operation and some very long weekend hours, such as 9am to 10pm. This 9am opening, rather than standard 10am, could be a sign of how busy these winter weekends at Disneyland Paris have become, taking an hour out of Extra Magic Hours to spread the arrival of guests (who may also be more inclined to arrive and leave earlier with these colder days).
Second, the very latest Closures & Refurbishments updates, now including the schedule right up to December 2012. There’s more good news for Captain EO fans: Michael Jackson will be back to “change the world” again on certain dates in December. Meanwhile, seasonal curtailed operation of both Autopia and Armageddon: Les Effets Speciaux continues up until the Christmas holiday period.
Look out for some exciting improvements to our Calendar section soon, including an expanded Special Offers section and a new day-by-day park schedule guide!
Saturday, 22nd September 2012

We’ve now unfortunately again become accustomed to River Rogue Keelboats being listed as a perpetual “Closed” on refurbishment schedules, but the spell on another long closure has finally been lifted. Captain EO will make a surprise return to the Disneyland Park attraction line-up this October, re-opening Saturdays to Tuesdays throughout the month!
Though considered unlikely to ever re-open again at Disneyland Paris due to low guest reaction, the veteran Discoveryland theatre show was previously rumoured for a high-season Summer return. This never materialised, but instead an Autumn and Winter return is now confirmed: for both October AND November, when it will continue to be open all days except Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (with a small respite for 7th to 9th November).
Perhaps figures revealed that the heated, indoor attraction starring Michael Jackson in his 1986 heyday become noticeably more attractive to guests in the colder months?
Rediscover the attraction (all over again!) on our dedicated Guidebook page.

Our Disneyland Paris Calendar now has the very latest list of Closures & Refurbishments right up to November 2012!
With a certain group of attractions now frequently appearing as closed on select weekdays, this leaves Mad Hatter’s Tea Cups, CinéMagique, Art of Disney Animation and Space Mountain: Mission 2 as the only true refurbishment closures during the first month of Disney’s Enchanted Christmas at the resort.
Other recent Calendar updates to help you plan your upcoming trips include Park Hours for October 2012 and Hotel Pool Refurbishments through 2013.
Sunday, 29th July 2012

Summer, its late nights and long hours have always come to an all-too abrupt end at Disneyland Paris. As soon as the first weekend of September would roll around, the late 11pm openings would immediately switch back to a 7pm or even 6pm closing time as the high season crowds dispersed.
This year however, the 20th Anniversary Extended Hours, which technically continue to the end of the month, see Disneyland Park remain open until at least 9pm each night in the first half of September 2012, with even later 10pm and 11pm closing times for weekends. Like the hours earlier in the year, this is partly a bonus for guests but mostly a necessity for Disney Dreams! to be performed under darkness.
It remains to be seen how the hours for October and beyond will differ to previous years, one of the top questions we’re hearing at the moment. Those hours won’t be available for around another month. However, with the nights drawing in there won’t be the same need to extend hours, so don’t necessarily expect hours as generous as these.

Planning a post-Summer Time trip to Disneyland Paris? The first Closures & Refurbishments list for September 2012 has just been released, listing all the seasonal and maintenance closures currently planned for the month.
Amongst the now-regular closures of River Rogue Keelboats and Captain EO for September, we see seasonal mid-week closures for Armageddon: Les Effets Speciaux and Autopia. Meanwhile, closing for maintenance are Mad Hatter’s Tea Cups, Peter Pan’s Flight, Phantom Manor and Studio Tram Tour: Behind the Magic.
Tuesday, 12th June 2012

Fluctuating weather from blazing sun to torrential downpours might confuse you as to what time of year it really is, but make no mistake this is the build up to summer — a 20th Anniversary summer at that! If you’re busy planning an escape to Disneyland Paris over the next few months, our Calendar has all the latest updates to help prepare your trip.
That includes Monthly Park Hours to the end of July 2012 and Extra Magic Hours right up to November 2012. As you might expect, July is a solid 10am–11pm month for Disneyland Park, while Walt Disney Studios Park only stretches to a 7pm close.
It’s Closures & Refurbishments that trip planners really anticipate, though — and you’re in for a pleasant surprise with the latest dates up to August 2012. As with every summer, the parks will be practically free of refurbishments — only Captain EO and River Rogue Keelboats are listed with their perpetual (and in EO’s case, probably now definitive) closure.
Don’t miss our Season Dates page, either — it’s a simple month-by-month list of shows, parades and seasons. You can see that freshly-returned show The Tarzan Encounter runs until 2nd September 2012, while Disney’s Fantillusion starts for the season from 7th July and runs until the same date.
Friday, 11th May 2012

We’ve got a double Disneyland Paris Calendar update for you today that has most likely been eagerly awaited by those planning summer trips to the magic.
First up, our Monthly Park Hours pages have now been updated with the latest park opening times up to the end of June 2012. And, as we predicted, it’s a clean sweep of 11pm closing times for Disneyland Park. You have to give Disneyland Paris credit for this: after years of the park not giving guests the full “Magic Kingdom” experience, they haven’t cautiously edged toward later hours but jumped right in, with Disney Dreams! providing the draw. On weekdays, giving a full 2 to 4 hours longer in the park. Incredible.
Meanwhile, we’ve also got the first Closures & Refurbishments for July — a grand total of three. That includes a fairly lengthy refurbishment for Indiana Jones et le Temple du Péril and, unfortunately, the prolonged closure of River Rogue Keelboats. At the moment, Captain EO is also simply marked as “closed”, giving little hope of that rumoured temporary re-(re-?)opening for the busy summer season.
If you’re headed to Disneyland Paris soon, enjoy the 20th Anniversary summer!
